At Zimaal Fashion Jewellery, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our jewelry. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return  and refund policy below:

1. Eligibility for Returns:

  • Returns request are accepted within 24 hours of the purchase/delivery date.
  • Parcel opening video and photos of the received products are mandatory.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags, packaging, and certificates (if applicable) included.
  • Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry is non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Sale items and gift cards are final sale and cannot be returned.

2. Return Process:

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at support@zfjewellery.com or WhatsApp on +918108448739 to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.
  • Securely package the item, including a copy of the receipt and the RA number.
  • Ship the package using a trackable and insured shipping method to the address provided by our team. We are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

3. Refunds & Processing Time:

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method.
  • Shipping charges and any associated fees are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges:

  • We regret to inform you that currently we don’t offer exchange based on dislike basis.
  • Exchange is possible only incase you have received damage or defective product or wrong product.

5. Damaged or Defective Items:

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with photos & video of the package opening of the product. We will arrange a replacement or refund.

6. International Returns:

  • International returns may be subject to additional fees, customs duties, and longer processing times.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any import duties incurred.
